If our proposal meets your needs, we will then move forward to the planning phase.

Planning

Our planning process is highly meticulous and customized to meet your specific project objectives and requirements. This process includes detailed resource allocation, risk management strategy, and timeline development. We work closely with you throughout the planning phase to ensure that the project plan aligns with your expectations and requirements.

Delivery & Feedback

After the planning phase, the lead bioinformatician will perform a comprehensive bioinformatic analysis, including technical data processing and contextualising the results to fit your project question. The findings will be presented in a purpose-driven format for discussion, and you will receive feedback from the project lead. During this stage, we will interpret and discuss the results together, and define suitable visualisations or refinements of the analysis. The bioinformatician will make the necessary adaptations based on your feedback, and another round of feedback will take place. The number of feedback rounds may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project.

Outcome

During the final feedback round, the lead bioinformatician will work with you to finalise the deliverables and make any necessary last-minute adaptations. Once everything is complete, the deliverables will be presented to you in a comprehensive and interactive summary report. This report will include processed data, visualisations, and a detailed description of the methods used throughout the project.
